MANILA - Newly crowned Miss World Philippines 2012 Queenierich Ajero Rehman left for Guangzhou, China with 95 kilos of excess baggage Wednesday morning. The 24-year-old Filipino-Pakistani beauty from Las PiƱas City took flight CZ378 that left the NAIA Terminal 1 at 8:30 a.m. today.
She was sent off at the airport by a member of her court 1st Princess Mary Anne Ross Cardenas Misa, pageant organizer Cory Quirino and her mother Amalia Yukawa.

The 62nd edition of the Miss World pageant will be held on August 18, 2012 in Dongsheng Fitness Center Stadium, Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China, where Rehman joins some 120 contestants worldwide.
Miss Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela will crown her successor at the end of the event.
Rehman, who turned 24 last Saturday on the eve of the finals, was a top 12 finalist and the Best in Swimsuit in Bb. Pilipinas 2011 won by Shamcey Supsup, who eventually became Miss Universe 3rd runner-up.
